Rule 6
To Categorize Cinema Hall On The Basis Of Facilities
(1) The minimum arrangement to be made in a cinema hall or other places where cinema is going to be exhibited, shall be as mentioned in Schedule-9.
(1a) If any one uses one or more than one houses of the same compound for more than One cinema hall, the minimum arrangement pursuant to Sub-rule (1) shall be made in each cinema hall.
(2) The Ministry shall categorize the cinema hall in three grade as "A",
" B" and "C" on basis of the facilities provided in the cinema hall. Provided that, cinema hall which exhibitss video motion picture shall be classified as “C”.
(3) If any alteration has been made in the facilities of any cinema hall after the classification of grading pursuant to Sub-rule (2), such cinema hall shall be categorized as an upper or lower grade cinema hall on the basis of the alterations of facilities
